1. Program Pricing: The cost of the program is set at $397 for each business, with an additional $197 for every student enrolled.

2. Owner/Manager Participation: If the owner or manager has not participated in the High Performance Therapist Academy (HPTA) within the past 12 months, they are required to enrol as a student. Owners/managers who have enrolled in the last year are exempt from this requirement.

3. 7-Day Trial Period: Participants are entitled to a full refund if they decide not to continue with the program. This request must be made within 7 days of the program's commencement. After this period, the enrollment is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Student Replacement: In the event a student is unable to continue, their spot may be filled by another student. Please note that refunds are not available in this situation.
